eMi - Mahabo Baptist Agricultural School

The project in Madagascar consists of several buildings, all with the same construction principle: a reinforced concrete raft foundation (due to clay), with moment-resisting columns and structural steel roofs.  The moment-resisting columns and steel (and wooden) roofs are a design choice, due to local construction methods as well as seismic loading.
